DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for caring individuals to provide 24/7 care and support to individuals with their Activities of Daily Living, such as:
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, showering, toileting)
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Run Errands/ Shopping
- Respite
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid WI Driver's License
- Have or Obtain Auto Liability Insurance (100/300/100) Liability Amounts
- Have Reliable Transportation
- Able To Pass Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
- Maintain Professional Boundaries
- Must Be Willing to Travel Up To 30 Miles from Home
- Must Be Willing to Assist Clients with Personal Cares. (Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting)
- Ability to Show Kindness and Compassion to Those We Serve
- Ability to Treat Others and Their Property with Respect and Dignity
- Must Be 18 Years or Older, with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must Pass Pre-Employment Physical. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull from high/low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit, and climb stairs; may be repetitive.

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

- We have now grown and expanded to serving 6 counties
- All of Waushara, Marquette, Adams and Green Lake Counties. South Waupaca and West Fond Du Lac Counties.

- Our cooperative operates to the benefit of the members.
- Most of the big decisions regarding the business are made by the people who are out in the field and do the work.
- We are Supportive Home Care
- Bathing, cooking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, errands, medication reminders, and respite for a primary caregiver to take a break.
- We Provide individualized Supportive Home Care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- We serve a wide variety of clients.
- From children to elderly, individuals with mental and or physical disabilities and everyone in between. We do not pick and choose. We tailor fit our services to meet our clients needs.
- We have contracts with Family care, the Veterans Administration, local counties and Private Pay clients.
- We work within communities to keep people safe and supported in their own home environment.
Employment Facts
- Our current wage to start is $16.50 to $17.00 per hour and that is based on experience and certifications.
- $2 Shift Differential for weekend or overnight hours.
- Because we travel from clients, home to home, we do pay travel time at wage.
- Travel time is between client's homes, we do not pay from your home to the first client or from your last client back to your home.
- We reimburse mileage at .30 cents per mile for client errand miles.

Benefits
We now offer health insurance to Full-Time Employees.
The Cooperative pays 70% for a single plan and 60% for family plans of your Premium.
After 90 days all Employees become eligible for Dental and Vision Insurance.
We have group rates and Insurance would be payroll deducted, if you are interested.
Earned paid time off (PTO). PTO accrues at .02 for every hour worked.
Full-Time Employees can earn 40 hours of PTO per year for the first 2 years. This number will Increase the longer you are with the company
We have 9 Holidays that are paid at time and a half, if you are scheduled to work them.
Overtime is also time and a half after 40 hours in a Single Week.
Membership
After your first 90 days, you become eligible for Membership.
When the board meets and votes to offer you Membership, you have 2 options: You can remain an Employee and nothing changes or You can choose to become a Member-Owner.

Gives you the ability to run for the board yourself and/or serve on committees and work groups.

Patronage refund/profit sharing in profit years – based on the number of hours worked by each individual Member-Owner in the profit year.
